FREE INTRODUCTION TO YOGA
Come Experience Yoga!

This classe introduces the basics of yoga for students who have never before practiced yoga or those who are new to the Iyengar method. The basic asanas (poses or postures) including standing poses, sitting poses and restorative poses will be taught. These postures build up strength and stamina, improve muscular tone, flexibility and alignment. No prior yoga experience is necessary. |

BACK CARE BASICS
Semi-Private Class Starts up again Fall

Practicing yoga can reduce tension and tightness that contribute to the sensations of pain in the back. Practicing yoga poses can help to alleviate pain in the lower back, improve posture, strenghten the abdominal muscles and open the hips and hamstrings.
In this class students will be taught a series of poses that are simple, easy to follow and effective to practice at home as well as at the yoga studio.
(Please consult a physician before starting a yoga practice.)
